  • Chitarghar is a Pakistan-based brand that offers aesthetic posters, polaroids, and glass-framed artwork.
  • These terms govern all users accessing our website, placing orders, or interacting with us via digital platforms including WhatsApp.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.

2. Information Collection and Usage

  • We collect personal information including name, address, phone number, email, and billing details to process and deliver orders.
  • For custom orders, users may provide personal photos, text, or other media files.
  • Customer-provided images for custom products will be used solely for order creation and communication.
  • We will use WhatsApp as a communication platform to confirm orders, share previews, and address customer queries.

3. Privacy and Data Handling

  • All personal and billing information will be handled in accordance with Pakistan’s data protection laws.
  • Your data will not be sold or shared with third-party advertisers.
  • Images submitted for custom designs will not be reused or redistributed without explicit permission.
  • We take reasonable measures to secure data, but customers understand the risk associated with digital transmission.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Payments must be made through approved channels listed on the website (e.g., bank transfer, Easypaisa, etc.).
  • Full payment must be made before the Custom Order is processed.
  • In case of payment failure or reversal, Chitarghar holds the right to cancel the order.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Custom orders may take 3–7 working days depending on complexity.
  • Standard orders are shipped within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or issues arising from incorrect addresses.

6. Refunds and Returns

  • We offer exchange/refund on our products in case of any damage or incorrect order.
  • On Custom Orders, we do not offer exchange unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product with proper photographic evidence.
  • Refunds for damaged items will be processed within 7 business days after verification.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Chitarghar website including designs, logos, and artwork (except customer-submitted materials) is the intellectual property of Chitarghar.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of our designs is prohibited.

8. Custom Content Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any images or text they send for custom orders.
  • Chitarghar will not be held liable for copyright violations or legal disputes related to customer-submitted content.

9. Communication Consent

  • By placing an order, you agree to be contacted via WhatsApp, phone, or email for order-related matters.
  • Promotional messages will only be sent with your explicit consent.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
